Adaptive Piano for Students with Autism with Connie Wible

This podcast episode is different than any others we've produced for Teach Music Online.

One of the most common questions and discussion topics that I've seen in our communities is how to work with students who may have autism.

Have you ever had a student on the autism spectrum? Maybe you have and didn't realize it.

To help train us in this area I reached out to a TMO member Connie Wible who has more than 30 years of experience working with students who have autism!

She shares some of the most incredible ideas and stories in our discussion and I know that you'll be inspired to create more "adaptive" lessons for your students of all learning abilities.

Connie and I discuss ways that you can work with students who need a little bit of extra love or adaptive learning during their music lessons. If you've ever been down, discouraged, or overwhelmed with how to help a student with autism then you are going to love learning from Connie's experiences and methods.

I can't wait for you to listen!
